Factors Affecting and Affected by Principal Leadership Effectiveness: A Systematic Literature Review. Objective: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of principal’s leadership looking at urgency leadership, variables that affect are influenced leadership. Methods: The research method used is literature method. data obtained were then compiled concluded based on objectives. Findings: findings show plays a very important role in realizing educational goals. Keywords: effectiveness, principal systematic review. Abstrak: Faktor yang Mempengaruhi dan Dipengaruhi oleh Efektivitas Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah: Suatu Tinjauan Literatur Sistematis. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan melihat urgensi sekolah, variabel mempengaruhi serta dipengaruhi sekolah. Metode: Metode penelitian digunakan adalah metode studi kepustakaan. Data diperoleh selanjutnya disusun disimpulkan berdasarkan tujuan penelitian. Temuan: Temuan menunjukkan bahwa memegang peranan sangat penting dalam mewujudkan pendidikan. Terdapat tiga delapan Kesimpulan: Rekrutmen harus sesuai aturan perlu dilakukan pelatihan bagi ada.
